VENISON ADANA

Our Venison Adana is hand-skewered in the traditional style, using a method very similar to classic lamb Adana kebab. Lean, flavourful venison is minced and worked by hand with aromatic spices, then blended with lamb back-fat to give it the perfect balance of richness and moisture. Shaped carefully onto wide skewers, it’s cooked over open flame for a smoky, succulent finish.
